business as usual
Jun. 11th, 2013 21:59Lj is really messing with me tonight, posts keep vanishing off my f-page. I hope it doesn't do the same to the comment replies that I'm about to try leaving. When did this kind of nonsense become almost normal? I wouldn't dream of wasting my time reporting it, which i would have been all over a few years ago.

(Has that been news in SA, too, or are you wondering what the weird wombat is talking about?)

Date: 2013-06-11 21:50 (UTC)It's sort of weird - we struggled so long for things like freedom of speech and the right to privacy, and America was the example everyone held up --- and now you discover they don't think there's a problem with monitoring their citizens' email correspondence - all of it. World's a strange place.

Ugh. I really think we need to send all politicians and lawyers (with a few exceptions) to Mars. Sorry, Mars. ;)
