That feeling when you have a prompt and a blank page and they refuse to talk to one another. I don't much like editing but starting, getting the first paragraph down, is the thing I truly dread about writing.

Feeling as blank as that page!

It's just the worst, lol. Even after this long, it doesn't get easier.

Starting is almost always difficult!
Might it work just to write a random paragraph to shake something loose?
Or is the prompt just not talking to you at all at present?

The prompt's something I like as a general idea and I'd read something like this if I came across it, but I have no idea how to get inside of it. That's a good thought though, maybe try a few lines of dialogue with the characters I think will show up.... thanks for that :)
