Finally cracked. Swiped this meme from - everyone. First one I read was probably [livejournal.com profile] lotrangel17

DAY 1: 10 things about you

1. I can't arrange flowers to save my life - I dump them in a vase and R comes along and sorts them out for me.
2. I'm a natural blonde (no blonde jokes, please) but dyed my hair red for years.
3. Favourite place for writing - sitting on the bed with the laptop on my lap
4. When I was in my teens, I could watch whales from my bedroom window
5. I prefer silver jewellery to gold
6. I'm worried that I might be bitterly disappointed in The Hobbit
7.I wash the kitchen floor when I'm angry - scrubbing gets rid of the aggression
8. I'm short -- why are so many fanfic writers short?
9. I'm allergic to bee stings
10. I have one husband, two daughters, a cockatiel, two cats and a dog.

DAY 2: 10 things you love
DAY 3: 10 things you hate
DAY 4: 10 things you want to say to one person
DAY 5: 10 wishes
DAY 6: 10 items you can’t live without
DAY 7: 10 important people
DAY 8: 10 of your favorite songs
DAY 9: 10 ways to win your heart
DAY 10: Final 10 words.

#6 definitely for me as well.

I don't know why but I thought you had two boys. Odd that, isn't it?

Well, the one acted like a boy and the other was meant to be a boy (according to my MiL) so - close :D

If you do this, then I'm going to have to do this...

This is cool, learning new little bits about you. I can't arrange flowers for anything either, I just don't have that gift. I think it's cool that R does though.

I don't know why fanfic writers are short. I feel like a minority...

My MiL was really good at arranging flowers, wrapping gifts, putting things together so they worked, and he seems to have got it from her. It's a very, very useful thing *g*

I'm going to bed soon. Just sayin'

We have so much in common. I can't arrange flowers; I prefer silver to gold jewelry; and I am allergic to bee stings! I am about as far from blond as one can get, but am short as well.

You're allergic to bee stings too? Wow.

I love that picture, you look almost exactly as I'd have imagined you - and definitely not blonde, LOL.

Heh, don't wish for a clean home, it's asking for trouble *g*.

I didn't comment much on your posts, I've been drowning in my swap fic, but I enjoyed reading them, loved some of your answers. Your list of things you love kind of summed you up *hugs*

I know it, lol, saying it out loud is like asking for the twins to go on a rampage.

I totally understand - sometimes we only get enough time to read. I will read something then want to comment and then by the time i get to it, its like 2 days later, lol.

*hugs*

Vacuuming annoys me anyhow - not sure how that would work. Maybe I'll try it :D

1. I used to work in a flowershop. haha too bad i don't live closer by huh? Not saying i don't suck, i got fired after all ^^

2. Me too. I just dyed it just about any color under the sun, but i haven't seen my own color for real since 93'ish. and im not sure i want to anymore hahaha it's massivly grey, i can see it on the roots.

4. when i was a teen i lived a place for a while where i could see Barsebäck the nuclearplant.. does that help? ... nothing like the smell of radioactivity in the morning xD

5. me too! - again!

6. Oh yes, i am pretty sure i will be really dissappointed, so i haven't bothered with the hype. I have a secret you see, i HATED the book. it's the most boring piece of shit i ever tried to read, not counting Germaine Greer the female eunuch.

7. hahahahaha i clean when i am really frustrated, or angry. It helps clear the thoughts, its a win win situation, you can get all your anger out on the dirt, and you get time to think things over, plus it's really lovely when it's done. =)

8. me too - again, again.. i'm 5''4 so i'm not the shortest around taht i know of. lol

Met up with a cousin I've not seen in a while and she'd dyed her hair brown (not a very interesting brown either) I asked her why brown this time and she gave me a dirty look and said it was her natural colour, she'd just got them to touch up the grey. Sliiight embarrassment.

Germaine Greer: you know, I've never been sure how to describe that book, and you just did it in one word - boring!!!

yeah the female eunuch is just one of those books you feel like you have to read as a feminist, or semi-feminist. but DAMN it's worse than chinese water torture. I can't even brag of reading to the end :/
