Well, I made it :) In fact I just read a quite wonderful story, and now I might even try for 50.

You have now reviewed 44 stories. You have set a reviewer (MEFA Junkie) target of 40. Congratulations! You have achieved your reviewer (MEFA Junkie) target. You may use one of our junkie banners to advertise your achievement.

Decisions, decisions.

I wish I'd got down to it earlier. I'm starting to find the really interesting ones way outside of my comfort zone and today's the last day, of course *g*.

Wow! That's amazing! I haven't had many reviews nor have I actually done any... I think I got overwhelmed and just gave up before I even started.

Congratulations!
*hugs*

There are over 600 fics involved, enough to overwhelm anyone! I didn't review at all last year, and this time I set a target so I'd have to get down to it. Still left it all very late, of course - there are a lot of fics on my list I've not got to yet and today's the final day.

It's a bit awkward trying to tailor the length of the review to give the number of points you think a fic's worth, but to be honest I gave up on that fast except in two, maybe three cases. My reviews mainly come out at between 5 to 7 points unless I'm really enthusiastic :D

Ooh, I didn't know you were a member over there? Voting closes tonight at midnight GMT so if there's something you particularly want to review, now's the time :)

w00t! I still haven't picked a banner, as insane as I am, I am two reviews away from doubling my target. I do wish we had more time, there are so many more out there I would have read (including your Footsteps in time), but I don't want to rush through them when reading and not getting half of what is written... Ah well, it is up at the SWG so I can litter it with reviews there at a gentle pace :)

I've spent the afternoon clicking on links and going mainly 'skip', or 'bookmark for later' and typing the occasional review. And I just found I've forgotten to review something I nominated - OUCH!

I'd really love to hear your opinion of Footsteps later. It's only two chapters, but that's way too long to tackle on the last day. I keep finding wonderful-looking longer fics that I've bookmarked for later. Next year I am going to be way more organised! (I think I said that last year, too)

*hugs*

Two? *looks puzzled* Why was I thinking it was a novel? Or am I mixing stories up here? Not unlikely given my lack of sleep :) I am about to finish reading a novel on my Iliad, then eat, then open that one *nods* But every year gems pop up, new author's to discover and new stories to add as a favourite. :)

I just finished posting Even Quicker than Doubt on the SWG archive, was that the one you were thinking of? That's pretty long, yes, 25 chapters. It competed last year, which is why I'm upset with myself for not making more effort to read longer works this time - I know from experience that novel length stories tend to get fewer reviews.

Right, I've had dinner. Now back to reading :D

Read it, no absorbed it, reviewed it and you might make a Galadriel fan out of me. Never liked her that much, but oh boy, this was just superb. And yes you were right, Even Quicker than Doubt is high on my wishlist to read as well and yeps this pregnant lady mixed them up! I am so tired, leaving my final score at 71 reviews - not so much as the previous years - but it just has to do. Am cooking a lil babygirl too :) *hugs* I think you are one of my discoveries this year and I am kinda rubbing my hands gleefully at the thought that I just know you have written more! If you have recs for me, just nudge me for methinks I will discover some more authors the coming months :c)

That little baby girl is just getting you used to her taking up all your time in the very near future, lol. And lord, the hormones play games with things like memory and energy levels, don't they? I'm impressed with your final count, I only made 56. Need more practice *g*. And dear, thank you so much for your wonderful review - I really didn't think you'd have time, so it was a lovely surprise. Footsteps placed third, and I'm sure those final points are responsible *hugs*.

Oh she is quite present alright and I am slowly entering the penguin walk stage :)

Next year I hope to start sooner and I'll prod you on time, ok?

As for Footsteps and heck the others, I am so happy!
