Day 2

In your own space, create a list of at least three fannish things you'd love to receive, something you've wanted but were afraid to ask for - a fannish wish-list of sorts. Leave a comment in this post saying you did it. Include a link to your wish-list if you feel comfortable doing so. Maybe someone will grant a wish. Check out other people's posts. Maybe you will grant a wish. If any wishes are granted, we'd love it if you link them to this post.

Remember that you can ask for whatever you want - icons, ficlets with specific relationships, a beta, art, haiku, interpretive dance, whatever. And note that it's at least three things...have fun with it.

I wanted to be original but this is a pretty average list.

1) Illustrations for just about anything. I treasure the few artworks I've been gifted for fics. The thought that someone has read and liked something enough to select a scene or moment or character and bring it to life is quite the most amazing compliment.

2) I'd love an icon or any kind of picture I could icon myself that looks close enough to how I see Gil-galad. People's best guesses seem to be either way too girly, too young, or plain ugly. Tall and well built, lots of wavy dark hair, blue eyes, a strong face, kind of late twenties, early thirties... But I can't ask for that, because if the graphic is completely wrong I couldn't very well be rude and say so. But if I could ask for it, I would.

*shuts up, moves on*

3) Nice (long) Avengers fic, Clint/Natasha, before the next movie comes along and blows that particular 'ship out of the water. Something that would fit the title Insights into a Dysfunctional Relationship?

Okay, that's my three.

Such a shame I have no skills in photographic hair removal.... or I would proffer this guy (http://www.mens-hairstyle.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/05/Men-long-hair-2013.jpg) as a start for your Gil-Galad. Either that or he would have to be a very close relative of Círdan!

My pleasure. I am really pleased that how I imagine Gil-Galad, from your descriptions, is close enough to how you imagine him to at least give you a starter for (2).

Also, the Clint/Natasha prompt is intriguing. I just don't know them well enough to try writing them for you, it's very intimidating, lol.
