Tree and Flower Awards Nominee

Still a few days left to vote in the Tree and Flower Awards hosted by the MPTT (Many Paths to Tread) archive on their LJ challenge community. It's all very straightforward - ticky box voting, several categories to each poll, all fics hosted on MPTT. Just make a list, go onto the archive, and enjoy. Read and vote on the categories that interest you, skip the rest - it's all very friendly and laid back.

I hadn't done nearly enough reading over there and have found some incredible stories. For those not familiar with MPTT, the content is varied, featuring all Tolkien's works but with a leaning towards LotR stories, maximum rating is R (het and slash allowed). There are over 2,000 stories and more than 100 authors like Dreamflower, Linda Hoyland, Pandemonium, Himring, Thundera Tiger, Zhie, Curiouswombat and - well, you get the idea.

Stories of mine that were nominated:

Hidden Within
A Little More Conversation
Season of Hope
Broken
The Day of the Dragon
The Heirloom
Footsteps in Time
Flying Free
Homeward Bound

Voting is open to all -- no need to be a member - and closes on September 14, so there's still time.

Go here - Tree and Flower Awards - to vote.

Go here - Many Paths to Tread - to read. Even if you don't end up voting, you could build a great reading list from the nominations.

Thank you for mentioning me in the same breath as folk like Dreamflower and Thundera Tiger! I was just browsing the LJs of fellow nominees.
