Italy 1 - 1 New Zealand.

No offence to NZ who played well and whose fans were having a blast in the stands, but that score just looks so Wrong, lol! Way to go, Kiwis. It wasn't Italy's day. Didn't matter what they tried, that ball just would not go in the net again.

I just don't know what has happened to the European teams this World Cup. Can't anyone win a match?

As for England - I had to turn off Friday's match at half time. It was dire :(

We had something like 20,000 English fans in town, the weather was lovely, they were being interviewed on the street and were predicting 3 - 1, 4 - 1 wins...... Near the end they were outsinging the vuvuzelas, and even that didn't help. It was a bit like today for Italy - didn't matter what they tried, it just wasn't going to happen. I really, really hope they pull it together next week.
